This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which purchases made on the Biddget platform are eligible for refunds. By using our services and purchasing Coins, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
1. Coin Purchases Are Final
- All purchases of Coins are final and non-refundable.
- Once a Coin purchase is completed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstance.
- This applies to payments made with USDT or credit/debit card.
2. Bidding Activity
- Coins used to place bids are consumed instantly and will not be returned, even if you do not win the auction.
- Bids placed by mistake are not eligible for refunds.
3. Product Delivery Issues
If you have won an auction but did not receive the promised product, you must contact our support team within 7 days. We will:
- Investigate the issue thoroughly.
- Attempt to re-deliver the product (digital or physical).
- Only in rare cases of technical failure, partial compensation may be considered at our sole discretion.
4. Technical Errors
- If a Coin purchase fails due to a system error, and your account is not credited, contact support immediately.
- We may request a payment receipt to verify the issue.
- Verified errors will be corrected by crediting your account — not by issuing a refund.
5. No Chargebacks
Users agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for any Coin purchases. Attempting chargebacks may result in account suspension or permanent ban.
