Welcome to Biddget, an auction platform where users can bid on digital and physical products using virtual Coins. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Biddget. By registering or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Overview of the Platform

Biddget is an online auction marketplace where users can:

  • Purchase Coins using USDT or credit/debit card.
  • Use Coins to place bids on digital and physical products.
  • Win auctions by placing the highest bid before the countdown ends.

Coins are virtual and have no real-world monetary value. They can only be used within the Biddget platform.

2. Registration and User Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to register.
  • You are responsible for securing your account credentials.
  • Providing false information is prohibited and may lead to suspension.
  • Only one account per user is allowed unless explicitly approved by Biddget.

3. Virtual Coins

  • Coins are required to place bids on Biddget.
  • Price: 1000 Coins = $1 USD.
  • Coins are non-refundable, even if you do not win the auction.
  • Coins cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged outside the platform.

4. Bidding System

  • Each bid immediately deducts Coins from your balance.
  • Coins are not returned if you lose the auction.
  • The highest bid before time runs out wins the auction.
  • We may verify user identity before confirming the result.

5. Product Delivery

Biddget offers both digital and physical items. Delivery includes:

  • Digital products (e.g. gift cards, codes, services) are sent via email or download.
  • Physical products are shipped to the address provided by the winner.
  • Delivery may require identity and address verification.
  • Shipping times and fees vary by location and product.

6. Refund Policy

  • Coin purchases are final and non-refundable.
  • No refunds for Coins used in failed bids or user mistakes.
  • Refunds are not issued due to user error or technical misunderstanding.

7. Fair Use and Abuse Prevention

  • Activity is monitored for fraud, abuse, and bot use.
  • Accounts using unfair tactics may be suspended or banned.
  • Biddget reserves the right to forfeit Coins tied to abuse.

8. Limitation of Liability

Biddget is not responsible for:

  • Technical interruptions during auctions.
  • Coin loss due to user error or misuse.
  • Disputes over auction results.
